
Strength or Flexibility, which is better? As Osteos we often hear patients say “But I thought it was good to be flexible!” The answer is Yes and No. Yes, flexibility is a really important part of good spinal health and function. However, too much flexibility or hypermobility is undesirable. Hypermobility puts undue stress & shear forces through joints, muscles and ligaments.
